MOVENPICK HOTEL, HOBART

My ink drawing titled "Exhuberant', initially exhibited in my solo show Tassels and Fragments at Falkner Gallery in 2018 was selected as part of the innovative glass awning installation at the front of the new Movenpick Hotel in Hobart, Tasmania.  This project was designed and project managed by Julie Stoneman of Flux Studios and Futago Design Studio.  The drawing was selected to represent the curtains of the Palace Theatre which used to exist on this site.  I look forward to visiting the hotel at some point in the future now borders have reopened.  Thanks to those of you who have sent me photos of your visit to see the work.  Special thanks to Julie Stoneman for this opportunity.
