Domestic Standard Shipping with Australia Post plus Insurance to the full value of the artwork and Handling included in the artwork price for small and medium drawings.

Within Victoria - up to 5 days
Canberra or Adelaide - 2 to 3 days
Brisbane or Tasmania - 3 to 4 days
Other Capital Cities - 5 to 6 days

International Standard Shipping with Australia Post plus insurance to the full value of the artwork and Handling included in the artwork price.

Tracking Shipments

Once your parcel is ready to be sent a tracking number will be added to your order. Email tracking is available on all parcels, so the link to this will be provided for you. If you have any concerns about your parcel's delivery, please contact Helen at any time via this site or helenfraserartist@bigpond.com.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your order after a week, you are welcome to return it for an exchange, credit or refund, no questions asked.

Customs and International Shipping Availability

Helen Fraser is not liable for any duties or taxes that may be added to your order when it arrives in your country.

Lost and Damaged Packages

If you don't receive your parcel in the recommended time as it is lost or stolen, please let Helen know promptly so insurance can be claimed. All parcels are covered by insurance so a full refund can be offered. Alternatively, a replacement or credit will be arranged depending on your preference.
