This detailed embroidery sampler was designed by textile artist Rebecca Ray who was trained at the Royal School of Needlework in London. She created this design to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The photos show stitching. It's a really fun project to create. I love the combination of embroidery with applique.
